The Operational Programme PL04 “ Energy saving and promoting renewable energy sources” within Financial Mechanism of European Economic Area. 

Project title: “Improving the energy efficiency of buildings SPZOZ in Pajęczno to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollutants and replacement of light sources with energy-saving LED.”

Contract of endowment number 252/2015/Wn05/OA-XN-04/D z dated 03 August 2015

Value of the project amounts to: 1 220 895,00 zł.

From which:

Endowment of NFOŚiGW: 976 916,00 zł.

Contribution of SPZOZ in Pajęczno: 244 179,00 zł.

Objective of the project: 

The main aim of the project is improvement of quality and availability of public medical services. It can be done by reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution which is caused by production of thermal energy.  Direct aim of this project is Thermo-modernization of two buildings which belong to SPZOZ Pajęczno. The specific objectives are: improvement of the quality of unit functioning, improvement of the quality of healthcare, establishment of a high standard hospital stay for patients, improvement of patient service, improvement of hygienic and sanitary conditions, improvement of the condition of technical infrastructure, increase of the attractiveness of the unit as a place of hospitalization for inhabitants, increase of the attractiveness of the region, which can be achieved by improvement of the condition of energy infrastructure and its effectiveness.

The material scope of the project:

The project concerns Thermo-modernization of two buildings which belong to SPZOZ in Pajęczno: clinic in Pajęczno at 26 Wiśniowa Street and health centre in Nowa Brzeźnica, Łódzkie voivodship, pajęczański county. The project includes: insulation of exterior walls and building’s partition, replacement of lightning with energy-saving LED, modernization of installation c.o. and c.w.u., exchange of door woodwork.
